Ching-Wen Sabrina Yang, RMT

Sabrina is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated with honors from Vancouver Career College in 2017. She believes the body heals best when it feels safe and relaxed, which is why her treatments are gentle yet deeply effective. Her main approach is the CoAT Method ( (Lift, Slant, and Circle Technique, developed by Marjorie Haynes, RMT)), a gentle yet profound fascia release technique that helps restore balance in the body by improving blood flow, lymph circulation, and nerve mobility. Most treatments are done with clients lying comfortably on their back, allowing Sabrina to work in a calming, non-invasive way that hydrates fascia, melts tension, reduces adhesions, alleviates pain, and supports long-lasting results. CoAT helps restore the “tension integrity” of fascia, enabling blood, lymph, and nerve pathways to flow freely throughout the body—promoting better function, resilience, and vitality. Sabrina’s philosophy is that her role is not to “heal” you, but rather to remove restrictions so your body can heal itself.
