Chiropractic Care

After a car accident, seeking chiropractic care can be an effective way to address musculoskeletal injuries and promote recovery. With ICBC's automatic approval of 25 chiropractic appointments, patients have the opportunity to receive consistent and tailored care aimed at reducing pain, improving mobility, and accelerating healing. Athletic Therapy

Following a car accident, consulting with an athletic therapist can be instrumental in your recovery journey. Athletic therapists focus on the assessment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries, using a combination of manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education to help restore function and reduce pain. With ICBC's automatic approval of 12 appointments through a kinesiologist, you have access to personalized rehabilitation programs designed to enhance mobility, strength, and overall physical performance. These sessions aim to improve your body's resilience and prevent future injuries, ensuring a smoother and more effective recovery process. Please take a moment to view our Athletic Therapy page.

Acupuncture

After a car accident, seeing an acupuncturist can be a valuable part of your recovery strategy. Acupuncture involves the insertion of fine needles into specific points on the body to stimulate healing and alleviate pain. This approach can help manage symptoms such as pain, inflammation, and stress, which are common after an accident. With ICBC's automatic approval of 12 acupuncture appointments, you can benefit from a holistic treatment plan aimed at restoring balance and promoting natural healing processes. Acupuncture may improve circulation, reduce muscle tension, and enhance overall well-being, supporting a comprehensive recovery journey. Please take a moment to view our Acupuncture page.

FAQs

Q: How soon after my accident should I start treatment at a wellness clinic?
A: It's advisable to start treatment as soon as possible after your accident to address any immediate pain and inflammation. Early intervention can help prevent long-term complications and speed up your recovery process.

Q: How much is a ICBC appointment at New Heights?
A:Since we do not bill directly to ICBC you would continue to pay our rates and then be reimbursed directly from ICBC at these reduced rates and paying out of pocket the difference.

Q: Do you directly bill ICBC claims?

A: No, we DO NOT bill directly to ICBC. You must submit your receipts to ICBC and they will only cover a reduced rate as ICBC treatments are typically shorter in duration, our treatments are still for the full hour, even on subsequent visits.
