Ching-Wen Sabrina Yang, RMT
Sabrina graduated with honors from Vancouver Career College’s Massage Therapy Program in 2017. Her passion for preventative health care and the body’s natural ability to heal led her to pursue a career as a Registered Massage Therapist.
She incorporates hot stones and IASTM (Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization) into her treatments, offering generally medium pressure with the option for deeper, targeted work when needed. Sabrina believes massage therapy supports not just physical healing, but mental and emotional well-being too.
Outside the clinic, Sabrina enjoys cooking, reading, watching documentaries on minimalism, food, and health, and spending quality time with her family. She’s also passionate about nutrition and
believes that food is one of the most powerful forms of medicine.
