Contest Rules

1. Eligibility: This contest is open to individuals aged 18 years and older.

2. How to Enter:

   • Follow us on Instagram: To receive one entry into the contest, follow our Instagram account @newheightsmassage.

   • Follow us on Facebook: To receive one entry into the contest, follow our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/newheightsmassageburnaby

   • Like, Share and Tag: To receive two entries into the contest, like, share and tag us with our contest post on either Instagram or Facebook feed or story.

3. Contest Period: The contest begins on March 6th and ends on March 31, 11:59 PM PST. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

4. Winner Selection: The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received. The winner will be announced in our April newsletter, social media and contacted directly via the social media platform through which they entered.

5. Prize: The winner will receive $100 gift card or credit that can be used in a massage treatment or New Heights Massage service. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. General Conditions:

   • By entering the contest, participants agree to be bound by these rules.

   • The decision of the contest organizers is final and binding in all matters related to the contest.

   • The contest organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant found tampering with the entry process or violating these rules.

   • The contest organizers reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond their control impairs the integrity of the contest.

   • The contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

7. Release of Instagram and Facebook: This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook. By entering, participants release Instagram and Facebook from any and all liability related to the contest.

8. Privacy: Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and will not be shared with third parties without the participant's consent.
