Ching-Wen Sabrina Yang, RMT
Sabrina is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated with honors from Vancouver Career College in 2017. She believes the body heals best when it feels safe and relaxed, which is why her treatments are gentle yet deeply effective.
Her main approach is the CoAT Method ( (Lift, Slant, and Circle Technique, developed by Marjorie Haynes, RMT)), a gentle yet profound fascia release technique that helps restore balance in the body by improving blood flow, lymph circulation, and nerve mobility. Most treatments are done with clients lying comfortably on their back, allowing Sabrina to work in a calming, non-invasive way that hydrates fascia, melts tension, reduces adhesions, alleviates pain, and supports long-lasting results. CoAT helps restore the “tension integrity” of fascia, enabling blood, lymph, and nerve pathways to
flow freely throughout the body—promoting better function, resilience, and vitality.

Sabrina’s philosophy is that her role is not to “heal” you, but rather to remove restrictions so your body can heal itself.
If your approach to massage is “no pain, no gain” or “the deeper, the better,” Sabrina may not be the right fit. But if you’re seeking effective, gentle, and long-lasting treatments that nurture both body and mind, she would love to work with you.

"I visited Sabrina's office for severe lower back pain and numbness in my left foot two fingers in 2019. I tried chiropractor, psychotherapists but no luck. After two treatments I felt lot better and the numbness was gone on my first visit. She is very kind and patience and really cares about helping you recover as soon as possible. she is original, caring and is professional with powerful nurturing and healing results. I am her client for life now. "

"I've been to many massage therapists over the years. This is the first time I've had one who really focuses in on the problem areas, finds the knots and works them loose. I really feel like she wants to alleviate the pain and get me moving again. Thank you!"

"I have had many massages over a year, but none have compared to the level of care & skills here. Came with chronic neck and shoulder tension, and Sabrina has an incredible ability to tune into exactly what your body needs her technique is both therapeutic and relaxing and they maintain a calming, professional environment that immediately fells you comfortable, looking forward to my next visit."

"Sabrina is incredible. For the first time, I truly felt like the massage therapist was deeply dedicated and worked so hard—I genuinely felt the session was worth every penny. I had never tried hot stones before, but she used them during the massage, and they were incredibly soothing. I work in health care, and will recommend her to my co workers. 5/5"
